An overview (1)

• The I/O device includes three main components:

• PIC16C765 from Microchip (handling the USB protocol)

• PIC16F84 from Microchip (decoding the signal coming out from the infrared sensor)

• TSOP1730 from Vishay Telefunken (infrared sensor)
