The PIC16Cxxx family (7)

In oder to work, the PIC must be connected to an external oscillator, in ur case we'll use a 4Mhz quartz crystal for the PIC16F84 and a 6Mhz one for the PIC16C765
The CPU clock rate is one fourth of the oscillator's frequency (respectively 1MHz and 1.5 MHz)
The power supply is 5V
